Tarrywile Mansion Rental Information

Thank you for your interest in Tarrywile Mansion. You will find that its warmth and charm with the added touch of romance, is what sets us apart from other venues. I have outlined below our basic rental information, for more in-depth information please refer to our Mansion Rental Packet, or contact me by email or phone.

Maximum Capacity:

  • Up to 120 for inside sit down or buffet
  • Up to 150 for inside cocktail reception or outside tented reception (tent not provided)

Included in your rental:

  • Tables and chairs to seat 120 for inside use only
  • Access to the entire first floor of the Mansion, veranda, upstairs bride and groom rooms, and surrounding grounds which include the grape arbor and gazebo

Not included in your rental:

  • Linens, dinnerware or glassware
  • Caterer – must be selected from our preferred caterer’s list
  • Set up/break down and cleanup – are the users/caterer’s responsibilty and are considered part of your rental time
  • Liability insurance – we do not provide liability insurance if you are serving alcohol
  • Online insurance resourse : The Event Helper

Friday, Saturday and Sunday Rental fees:

  • Peak Season – (May 1 thru November 15), $2,200 for a minimum 9 hour rental
  • Off Season – (November 16 thru April 30), $1,500 for a minimum 9 hour rental
  • Additional hours – not to exceed 12 am, midnight @$250 an hour*
  • Parking supervisor – $125

Hourly rental fees using in Network Caterer:

  • Friday and Sunday – $1,100 for a 6 hour rental time
  • Saturday – only allowed if booked no more than 90 days in advance
  • Any additional time past the contracted 6 hours defaults to the 9 hour rental time and applicable  fee
  • Security deposit – $500, refundable
  • Out of Network Caterer fee: $250, non refundable
  • Parking supervisor – $125

Hourly rental fees out of Network Caterer or User Provided:

  • Friday and Sunday – $1,100 for a 6 hour rental time

  • Set – up/break – down fee – $80 required
  • Security deposit – $500 refundable

Weekday Rental Rate (Monday thru Thursday 7 am – 11 pm):

  • Hourly rate – $75 an hour, general public, minum 4 hours rental time
  • Non – profit, service clubs, city agencies – $50 an hour*, minimum 4 hours rental time
  • Conference room/lounge – $30* non-profit use, minimum 2 hours rental time (8 am – 5 pm)
  • Security deposit – $150 refundable

Extras:

  • Actuve military personnell is given a 5% discount
  • Failure to properly clean up after an event – $300 an hour*
  • * denotes any part of an hour

Ask about our 2 and 3 day rental packages which are designed to make planning your rehearsal dinner, wedding day and Sunday brunch seamless. It’s a great way to host your out of town guests who will be visiting for more than the wedding day.
